It wouldn't be a Challenge without Jillian running in one of our races. Jill lives in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta with her husband and 2 boys. She is a registered nurse who somehow manages to fit time in to backpacking, hiking, music festivals, and is a very savvy thrift and antique furniture shopper. As well as training her dogs AND volunteering for her community hospice society... which she helped to found, establish and grow within her local town.
Jill has many years of mushing experience, and as well as being an essential Challenge musher, she has also competed in the Eagle Cap Extreme, Caledonia Classic and Torch River Run.
