Ragnar is often supported by his father Sid as his team handler. Sid's legacy is alive and well in their kennel name - the Red Lantern Dog Yard. (who can forget the red lantern tussles that Sid has so often triumphed in?)
Ragnar is a mining engineer by day, and dog musher by night. He is a talented photographer/videographer and has shared some fantastic drone footage of his team which you can find on our FB pages. He also loves cross country skiing and canoeing, so clearly loves the big outdoors and Saskatchewan landscape. He has recently completed the 715 km Yukon River Quest...so is an all round super athlete.
